Neon Carve

Neon Carve is pure arcade racing joy. You tilt or tap to steer through glowing tube-like tracks, chaining drifts to build a boost meter that you unleash on the straights. It's fast, loud, and completely offline once the tracks are downloaded.

The handling took me a few runs to click with, but once it did I couldn't stop chasing my own ghost times. There's a decent variety of tracks and a handful of cars with genuinely different feels, from twitchy lightweights to heavier drift monsters.

It won't reinvent the genre, but as a pick-up-and-blast racer for a bus ride, it does exactly what it promises.
